📢 Important Update – GP Referrals

From Monday 14 September, there will be a new way of working when it comes to referrals from the GP surgery to hospital and specialist services.

Previously, queries relating to referrals were dealt with through the Referral Management Centre. This service has now been mothballed, and referral queries will instead be managed in-house by the surgery.

This is a new process for our team, and we may need a little time to find our feet and make sure everything is working as smoothly as possible.

We ask that our patients please be patient, kind and considerate with our staff while we get used to the new way of working. We will do our best to deal with referral queries as promptly as possible and ensure patients receive the appropriate help and information.
