Thank you for your patience at this very busy time. We are aware of significant delays getting through to the surgery on the telephone. This is due to a combination of increased demand, increased use of phone lines to conduct appointments and staffing shortages in reception. We will have a new and upgraded telephone system once we move building but for now, we have to continue with our current system. We are also actively recruiting for more staff. We understand your frustration but please remain respectful to our staff, they are trying their best under very difficult circumstances. We support the government’s ‘zero tolerance’ campaign for health service staff and will not hesitate to take action if our staff experience violent or abusive behaviour.
