Our six highly experienced Nurse Practitioners work independently to see and treat patients with minor ailments. They offer same day appointments and can prescribe for a wide list of complaints. The receptionists may guide you to these appointments as necessary.

The nurses manage our treatment room work, dressings, routine injections, ear syringing, blood samples and ECGs, when ordered by the doctor.
A full travel vaccination programme is offered and they are also available for all general health matters, family planning advice, cervical smears, menopausal care and reviewing of minor ailments.
The nurses take an active role in the review and management of patients with ischaemic heart disease, hypertension, COPD and asthma.
Healthcare assistants support practice nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), blood pressure measurement and new patient checks. They may act as a chaperone when a patient or doctor requests one.
The Practice Manager is here to ensure the smooth running of the surgery and the efficient provision of services to our patients. If you have any queries or grievances, you should not hesitate to contact the Practice Manager.
The office manager leads our team of receptionists in providing the day to day reception service to our patients.

If you are experiencing anxiety, panic, stress, depression, despair, lack of motivation or interest in day to day activities then a Primary Care Mental Health Worker is available to assist and help you overcome these problems. Please make an appointment with your usual Doctor who will decide if a referral to this service is appropriate for you.
N.B. Appointments with the Mental Health Worker can only be made with a referral from the Doctor.
